LOSE WEIGHT NOW !! ..

Lose weight now or shortened to The LOWENS … is the latest BBM group made by Fany, with members of Ami, Antien, Melanie, Hany, Oppie, Una and Devi. 8 women all with the same purpose which is: “LOSING WEIGHT”. all the girls are having their aim on when and how much they want to lose. The Blackberry Messanger group is made to remind each other to not eat fats and to exercise and gives tips on how to lose weight.

Having determined with the competition of FIT CHALLENGE 2009, I decided not to only be challenged in here, but in the rest of our lives here. And what motivate us more than to make a group of people who has the same willing and work together to lose it. More people to do it more challenge and you are not alone …πŸ™‚

Hereby we have decided to START OUR DIET ROUTINE and healthy living starting from 21 June 2010 up to the rest of our life, However to motivate us more we all have goals of how long the weight want to be lost

and here is our second member, DEVI … She has been in one of the lose weight competition and has lost quite a lot, and now determined to lose some more. Go girl with the high spirit..!!

and here is our third member, HANNY ….πŸ™‚ the cheerful young woman .. determine to lose 5 kg in 34 days and 15 kg by the end of this year !! She is on her plan to continue study in England and are planning to be fit and feeling great !! Horray keep the spirit …

Come again our fourth member is MELANIE …πŸ™‚ Melanie has been chubby since little, she is Melanie a very nice kind of a woman and love to be around friends, very nice best friend indeed and she has the goal also to reduce all the weight to be slim !! go gurl

another member is this cutie woman named UNA which is a very nice friend of mine with the kindness heart ever who wants to lose 8 in 4 weeks……… She had been successful with her weightloss before to the number that we cant even imagine and now she has lost track a bit and want to get back to her old habits

This last but not least powerfull woman, who is really into her career in the FMCG world is Novie Yanti…. She is a fit woman, who just need more exercise and do diet to reach her goals which is 10 kg in 3 months .. Yeyy…

We have started our BBM group with many motivation wording and supports that comes from us to us .. and we always remind each other before we eat to eat healthy. Also i keep on reminding , remember if you eat junkfood, or sweets or stuff it is a minute in your lips but forever in your hips.

Many of us should realise that all the efforts is better done if we know that others are doing the same thing, the support group is needed in order to lose weight, it is just going to make it easier for us instead of doing on our own.. we often get depressed or sad if we fail our diet and think of it is only us who feel it, but believe me it is most women’s problem and up to when you want to keep on punishing yourself.

Instead, make a group that are supporting, that are on the same goals, that wont make you the opposite of your goal of losing weight, once you have that group that closes people to you, .. don’t forget to keep them motivated as they will motivate you too…

and always be happy in doing it …πŸ™‚
